It is my understanding that you have to go over to the office of IGT in Las Vegas and they will replace it. None will be sold because of the possible fraud that could be created by placing any other strike in a blue case. I do not have their phone or address. Maybe someone else can furnish that. As an interim fix you can replace the broken half with a clear half and keep the other half of the blue to show that it is the blue. Don't throw away the cracked half you may need it for an exchange. At least the strike will not tarnish where the crack was.
