We think the Bellagio also. The Rio Seafood Buffet was very good last year, didn't go this year. Downtown Mainstreet Station's buffet on sunday's, and the 777 Restaurant (Mainstreet also) we thought was good for everything from their chillidog to their prime rib. Chevy's on Flamingo Rd for mexican, and they also have a fresh connection for Hawaiian fish, in May we had some Ono and it tasted like it just came off my boat :) FRESH!
