Right Skip, that was sure a straight and simple answer. The 4Qs wouldn't have to order more $10 strikes and the people who are saving in advance for the next issues, would have their script for $200 tokens, in hand.

I think the whole debate is funny to read. If there are 45 collectors who have orders in, from two dealers to supply them, I guess that's life. If I was a collector of $200 strikes, I'd remember to exclude the Four Queens from my want list as a controlled issue. (nothing against the casino, as I like the place) The dealers are doing nothing more than filling orders.

It's just one of those things that happens because of an error in planning. Next time 4Q makes a LE $200 token, they might consider 100 of them, so all the dealers and collectors and players can get one.

The casino's view is to make as many as will WALK with players, they don't want inventory or extras. It has been shown that 100 would be supported.

Of course they could, re-issue 50 more of the first designs, unless somewhere it was promised or stated that only 50 would be made. Then everyone would be happy? (ha I doubt that will ever happen) But making 50 more will solve the problem and the dies are already made.

For all the reasons, Beanies, sports cards and other fad collectibles have gone weak, I also won't collect contrived limited editions.

For the person who said they would complain to gaming because they played and didn't win... Get A Life! That same person wouldn't complain if the machine was "broken" and pooped out 8 strikes for their $20 gamble. Heck, there's a word... GAMBLE! No guarentee that you will win strikes.

I'm so cheap, I play one line at a time, until I get a strike. Usually it's less than $20 for the one I need. After that I plug the machine at 3 quarters until the credits are gone. If I get another one, I'm even, if I don't, tough _LUCK_ I got my strike.
