No strikers will have the time or energy to attend the bourse because they will be either playing the machines or waiting for them. They probably won't have any money left anyway, certainly not enough to buy anything at your prices.
There is one silver lining to all this: Norm has a table which probably cuts the wait time at the machines by a couple of hours.
