I remember one time at the Silverton, my wife came up and asked me where's the strikes? At that time I had $120 in the machine and finally got one while she was standing there (my good luck charm). I forget how much I eventually put in but I averaged about $12-13 per strike when I finally quit. That's why they call them slot machines and gambling.
