Please don't be so negative about club support. Our membership will step up to the plate when necessary. We have always had more than enough members to handle the club table for convention and I am sure this year will not be different. The club sales of our strike always start out slow but we will pick up during convention. However I do like you idea of everyone purchasing a club strike at the party.
Our trade session, club meeting, forum and party are wonderful events and I wish all club members and even non members could be there to join us for all of our events. The club takes great pride in supporting our trade session and party, it is our way of showing members and non members what a great group of people we are and how much fun it is to collect strikes. The club party is ushering out the present board and welcoming the new board and it is their party and they will be putting forth their ideas and plans. Don't forget to bring your special item from your state to donate to the raffle for the party. I am getting my special package together next week and it will not be oranges, just remember I live near the other tourist trap, near the big mouse.
