Emailed bids need to reach Bill Brooks no later than noon Friday June 19, 2009.
Each emailed bid will be acknowledged by Bill Brooks. (So, if you don’t get an acknowledgement, Bill did not receive your bid).
Submit your best bid as no notification will be sent stating that there is a higher bid.
Please include your mailing address and phone number in your email.
The winning bid amount will be published following the auction completion.
Payment: Club members can pay by personal check, non club members need to pay by cashier’s check or money order. The club can not accept PayPal or credit card. If you are at the party the club can accept cash.
