They are silver tokens minted by the Franklin Mint as part of a series of Casino Tokens from around the World. At one time the Franklin Mint minted tokens for many casinos and offered a collector series of the coins in silver.

There are other details available here and on TheChipBoard.com. Visit the Archives of each and search "Franklin Mint". I suspect you will find additional info. But Walt is correct when he stated that they are NOT Silver Strikes.

They can be collectible (in excellent condition).
