As of a week ago Sam's Town was out of the $200's but the Palms still has their Christmas $200 and red caps in two of their three machines. The Palms would take any of their old strikes for the $200. Sam's Town did encourage me to keep my 20 strikes as there was a rumor of another $200 coming out, but I don't know if there is any truth to this and what the timeline would be. If anybody has any information on this I would sure like to know.
