Bill - Your idea of writing or emailing people at the 4 Q's and other clubs pointing out a few things might be a good thing, but contacting IGT might just prove to be a bad step since IGT has for along time has not liked the strike program, if it were not for the casinos wanting the program it would have been dead by know. Igt can make more profit selling a regular slot machine then it will ever make selling and maintaining a strike machine. A case in point is look at the time it took to get strike machines back at the 4 Q's and Jeff at the Phoniex in Reno is still waiting to get a machine,if the strike program was a hugh money maker for IGT the machines would be rolling out of the factory every day.
