Dennis I agree with most of your post except the way to go about change. I believe the casinos (all) are sensitive to bad feeling from their customers. If there is enought bad comments they will just pull the machines and say to heck with it, it's not worth the ill will being created. Yes I think it would be great if the chapter officers could talk, write, or state an opinion to the slot managers to explain what we feel would be fair to the collectors. But to jump up and down and threaten a strike of their machines is counter productive. I read on this BB where one of the chippers spent a hundred dollars and only got two or three strikes at Slots A Fun. He was threatening to report them to the GCB. If the GCB received enought reports they would probably send an inquiry to the casino. That inquiry would start at the top not down at the manager level. Most upper management types would probably just pull the plug rather than explain anything to the GCB. I personally have got only one strike for a hundred dollar bill from a strike machine but I also have received as many as eight for a twenty dollar bill. I guess what I am trying to say is we should try to inform rather than bully the casinos to get what we find exceptable as far as how many of each strike should be made. I also think that the chapter officers should be working with IGT to express our options so when they send a representive out to sell the program they can have the information to pass on to the casinos. My two cents.
