Thanks Don for working so hard in trying to fill out our Silver Strikers tables.
Last year was our first convention and I must say I love every minute of it.
I hope more strikers will join the Early Bird Banquet. It was lots of fun and gave us a great opportunity to meet new people. We got to put faces with some people we have been buying strikes from. We had a chance to get to know Wes and Judy and Sharon and Ted Pamperin.
I realize that the food leaves a lot to be desired but visiting with everyone more than makes up for that.
The guest speaker Mr Boyd was great and I hope we have someone as interesting as this year.
We are really looking forward to our SS meeting and hearing from Gene Trimble. He did such a great job on the Seattle Slew strikes.
