I have sold many things to Phil and I have always enjoyed the experience. Sometimes he does come down hard on me, but some of that I deserved and we worked on them.

IMO it looks like you both over reacted. Perhaps Phil didn't (phrase well/over reacted) in his question to you about the delivery confirmation and perhaps you over reacted to Phil's question. When this happens to me, I tend to bite my tongue until I figure out where someone is coming from. Remember it is better to first understand and then to be understood. Sometimes I admit that after I understand, I let them have it. (G)
