Hi Jim. I noticed you list Lucky Bucks on the silver striker web site. You named it Lucky Buck Casino.

I have done a lot of research on them and have found that Lucky Buck's were not from casinos, and were not won out of slot machines, so I'm not sure you would include them as silver strikes. They were privately minted (Rocky Mountain Coin, Inc.) and were commemorative silver rounds made to celebrate the approval of casino gaming in Colorado. Gaming was approved in Black Hawk, Central City, and Cripple Creek, so they did one round for each city, and one round with all three on them. They aren't worth any money in casinos (they weren't worth a dollar) and are not casino collectibles, more like collectibles about casinos.

If you need the mintage, they were as follows (I have the wooden proof set with Certificate of Authenticity):
All casinos - 5000
Central City - 3000
Cripple Creek - 2500
Black Hawk - 2000

Just to be sure, I have emailed Klaus Degler, President of Rocky Mountain Coin, Inc. and asked him to confirm. He is also the person whose signature is on the proof set Cert. of Auth.

I'll let you know what the response is.

Dave.
