If I read feedback like this, I'd be wary of this seller. Seems like if something is wrong, the buyer gets a blast of trash talk.

I'm not sharing anything, that isn't free and available, or do you think that eBay can ban such use?

I would agree with you that if someone goes to eBay (or Jackpot) and collects info, then uses it for spam or advertising or sells it to someone else, that would be against the guidlines.

The above in RED is only used for an example of the question. However someone else might find the content interesting as well.
