The individual you mention has one negative feedback on ebay but what confuses me is the person has 0 feedback on Jackpot. In your post the user has a feedback of 22. Is this the Jackpot method of removing a user? There is no mention of him or her being suspended or other wise deleted. From appearances he or she is a new user. At this point one can't review the negative feedback which seems to have been received. It also seems one can leave many feedback comments on one item. Have so many negatives given that the feedback rating drops to zero with the comments being eliminated?
