Just got hold of a $200 Eldorado 1999/2000 Millennium Brew Brothers strike and have a question re: the numbering of the piece. First time I had seen a $200 numbered as "02083". Any expert out there able to provide clarification as to what this really says? I find it hard to believe that over 2000 were minted and I have heard from other collectors that the mintage was started at 2000 rather than 0001 as other $200's are routinely done. Any help would be most appreciated.
