Great!! I just sent Todd Rowe, (strikesnstuff), a check for a $200 strike I won on Jackpot. I had waited to hear from him to confirm his address for over three weeks and figured he just didn't want to sell the strike.....finally recieved a request for payment but no reply to any of my six emails I had sent him. I checked his feedback on Jackpot and he only had one negative rating so I sent my check. Now I wonder if I should stop payment?? Anyone have any recent transactions with him?? I am more than a little concerned!
