you reminded me of something I read before.. but dont remember exactly..

I think the "S" important with other coins now as well because the Sanfrancisco mint now only produces proof sets of coins for collectors now.? And they are specially made in silver or more silver than the standard coins released for public use. This may not apply to Ikes since I think its later year coins now... Im tired and going on memory from something I read some time ago.
