I am not sure one way or the other whether you are right but I do know that Bill Cohenour would never release this book if it against some Federal law. If you call someone a thief I think you should be able to back it up with some proof. I would like to read the Federal law which he is in violation of.

I doubt very much that you will produce this law.

P.S. I don't think he has sold any yet and if it is in violation of any law I can fairly well assure that Bill will not release his book.
