My info is similar...the original machine is a Sigma that was converted by Anchor. They now scavange for parts and will not release any coming back in.

They are intent about this "puck" thing since they want to dispense other type of mdse through the same design. I for one will be surprised if it ever works correctly but they have an R&D dept the size of Texas!! We shall see.

Also the Rep is not at fault. I know enough higher ups after all these years, to have verified his story. Unfortunately he has also told me that my contact at Global mint is now gone.....
