In the most recent issue of the CCTN there was an insert for submitting OTY candidates for the 2008 OTY Awards. While I believe that many copies of the magazine have been delivered (as evidenced by the submissions being received by the Assistant OTY Chairman) it still remains that many members have not taken advantage of the opportunity to participate in this Club sponsored, annual event.

Here then is a reminder to all Club members to make their selection of eligible candidates and submit those selections as follows:

1. Using this link ( http://www.thechipgallery.com/ebay/pics/2008_Nomination_Form.pdf ) print out a copy of the 2008 Nomination form. Fill it in with your selections and...

Mail it to the Assistant OTY Chairman (at the address provided on side 2), or

FAX it to 702.259.8697, or

Email a scan to OTY@CCGTCC.com

2. As an alternative to using the form above, using just email, replicate the form categories, list your selections and email it to OTY@CCGTCC.com

3. As an alternative, call me and we can discuss other methods of submission at: 520.971.7909 (be prepared to leave a message).

Linked here is the Un-Official OTY Viewing Site, which has been populated, to some degree, with eligible OTY candidates for 2008. The items shown are NOT Nominees! They are only Nominee eligible! Note also that what is shown there is NOT a complete representation of all eligible OTY candidates for 2008. The Un-Official Viewing Site is user/viewer supported, in that visitors to the site are welcomed and encouraged to upload scans of their favorite candidates.

The deadline for all snail mail entries is post marked on or before 31 March, 2009. All electronic entries must be received before midnight (PST) 31 March, 2009.

Nominating is as simple as an email!

As in past years, Members MUST make a Nomination in at least one OTY category, of at least one OTY candidate, in order to be qualified to be a Judge in the final OTY Balloting process.
