I've had many difficulties in getting copies of of the guide. I've talked with Howard in the past and finally received guide, be persistant and keep calling. You might be lucky if you are attending the convention this year, I purchased guides from him there. I find the guide helpful with all information in one book, but check other guides for pricing also.
