Hi All, I asked this seller what happened to the strike? I told him I was interested in bidding on it. He has replied that his wife saw that he had listed this coin that they had won on a previous trip to Vegas and was unhappy that he was selling it, so he had no bids yet and retracted auction. I am sure he wont mind answering an email if you want to know first hand. I know exactly how he felt as my Bunny took back a Pink Taco chip after she saw I sold the other one. Women, so sentimental,,,, and sometimes things aren't what you think they are. I would also like to say I have had the pleasure of dealing with VP since I started buying strikes on ebay. I had been collecting strikes for 3 years before I found out other people collected them too. VP has allways been more than helpful, giving me some of the best deals I have gotten to date. He has answered ALL my questions and has been a friend for the last couple or three years, all from buying one strike from him on ebay. I did have one problem with a strike I got from him and mentioned it to him at which time he didn't have another of the same strike but he sent me another strike of more value, told me to keep the other one and he paid the extra ship and insurance. So if you are going to continue to insinuate that he is doing things that are unethical perhaps you should do a little more homework. As for listing low ball auctions, I think I would feel upset too if I did all the work searching to find strikes where other people dont look for them only to have someone destroy all my hard work. I dont feel that is right. Well..... please pardon my spelling, and if you now find a need to list some of my auctions thats OK, as I think I am in good company with VP.
