Norm, I find not near as many great things with eBay as I do Jackpot. Just try to contact a real person at eBay. Yea, sure,.............not !!!!
However at Jackpot, Dan is right there and I have ALWAYS had a responce back within a short time. Even on a weekend. Yes I have gotten better strikes on eBay, but then I have also gotten better strikes on Jackpot. At this point I could not find really any serious thing I could complain about with Jackpot. Jackpot is a business and when they make changes I know they are trying to make it easier for the buyers. And as with any business, they don't know that the public is not happy if the public does not say something. Jackpot has always worked quickly to resolve problems and keep their clients happy.
