Sure Kirk sold 10 of them, but if you think about it, the only way anybody could sell 10 of anything now-a-days is if it's NEW or UNDERPRICED.
I'm sure Kirk knew he was selling them cheaper than market...... but that's all he wanted and it's ok.
Doesn't mean that's what the market price is.
