I can't say anything about the price guide as to why it does or doesn't list something, but I can vouch that Kirk did sell the King 8's for $45, I saw them on eBay and they all had a buy-it-now price. Perhaps Cohenour's guide only tracks auctions and not buy-it-nows? I don't know. Check his eBay seller ID and look at completed auctions, one ended March 16th. Doesn't matter though what Kirk's sold for, if someone wants to buy at the price you are selling, then for that moment that is the current price of the item. The buyers will decide.

That's the problem with price guides, people rely on them as if they are the bible. That's a whole 'nother discussion though.
