Someone asked me what my 100% satisfaction guarantee is. The answer? If you are not 100% satisfied with any strike I send all you have to do is send it back and I will reimbursh you for the shipping and insurance and the price of the strike you had already paid me and the cost you incur to send it back to me. This has always been my policy and no questions asked. I think this is more than fair since I do not have pictures. I have only had 2 strikes returned in over 20 years of trading/selling. I do not want someone to receive something they do not like. Before I ship a strike if I see something that is wrong with the strike I notify the buyer/trader and let them decide if they still want it. Sometimes I make mistakes.
If you have any comments about this policy please post them for everyone to see. I have nothing to hide. I think I am more than fair.
