Steve, that inadvertent error seems to happen every year since I have been a member of the Silver Strikers Club. Also, I do agree that the CC>CC does furnish the room for our meeting and forum for our club, but I don't know where they furnish a room for any trade session. I have spoken to dealers who in the past have had tables at the Convention/Show and they stated to me, "That they can no longer afford to continue to get tables at the Convention because the CC>CC had raised the price for the tables so high that it is not worth it for them to get the tables to sell their Items." Here is something that was stated by the President of our Club, ("Finally, the annual convention will be held on June 24th to the 27th at the South Point Casino. There will be a trade session on June 24th in the Royal Pavilion room at the Four Queens Casino. The annual Silver Strike party will be held in the Royal Pavilion room on June 26th at 6pm. Only paid members will be allowed to attend the party. Membership cards should be presented at the door. An updated roster will be present to assure membership.") So with this stated, I don't know where the CC>CC does furnish any room that I can remember and I am going back as far as when the Convention was held at the Tropicana. If I am wrong then I do apologize, but I don't ever remember the CC>CC giving us a room for a trade session, this was always handled by our Club Officers!
