James, it's not the idea of being cheap or waiting until Saturday afternoon to get in free, but this is one of the times I have to agree with these posts that do say that $15.00 is too high. It was $5.00 (2) years ago per day and $10.00 for a (3) day pass, then last year it was $10.00 per day and $20.00 for a (3) day pass and this year it is $15.00 per day and $30.00 for a (3) day pass. First of all there isn't anywhere that it says anything about silver strikes in the promotion by the CC>CC and last year I don't believe that there were (6) Silver Strike Dealers that were set up at the show. You could be at the show for approx. 3-4 hours to see what the Silver Strike dealers had to sell, and actually we Silver Strikers could pick up what we are looking for at the trade sessions and save that $15.00 per person per day!! If you want to call this being cheap, then go right ahead, but remember, the CC is trying to get everyone to stay at South Point in order to continue getting the deal at this Casino/Hotel, try being a little more considerate! The CC wants the support of the Silver Strikers to promote your show and I would also like to know where is the support of our club at this Convention/Show? My 2 cents!
