Maybe you guys can have a dollar a vote contest, the proceeds go to the club building fund, and the one who raises the least takes the first train out of town, and never returns.

The winner gets to make a donation to the CC & GTCC, in his name. Now that's a put up or shut up propositin, and everyone, except the loser, will win!

Oh yes, one dollar per vote, no limit on the number of votes per individual. (kinda like Chicago elections)
