The filename as I find it in the directory is...
$200 LVC STRIKE.jpg
When you look at the graphic and the location or address bar on your browser it changes to:
http://www.chipguide.com/tcbuploads/$200%20LVC%20STRIKE.jpg
If you remove the spaces then the internet will not change the name where the spaces become "%20".
You also forgot that within the filename you added "LVC" and the filename you inserted is:
http://www.chipguide.com/tcbuploads/A:\$200LVCSTRIKE.jpg
You also don't need the "A:\" before the filename.
